Oughterard Show 2014`

We really enjoyed our first time at Oughterard Show, it was definitely worth the trip. Loguestown Papaver had a great weekend coming 2nd out of 16 ridden connemaras on Saturday morning. She then took part in the Qualifier for the Power's Quarry Final on Sunday taking one of the two last qualifying places (this was her first attempt at jumping a 90cm course). On Sunday Loguestown Papaver surpassed all expectations winning the Connemara over 16 ridden class of 10 ponies. She then went on to take Champion Ridden Pony. We took part in the Power's Quarry Final however due to the heavy rain I was unable to give Poppy the ride I wanted so I retired.

Loguestown Heart of Gold took part in the Bay Mare Class taking 4th place.
