Lynsey and Poppy excel

Saturday was the IPS Summer Show at Knockagh View and after a mix up about where the location of the show we arrived too late for the In Hand classes!!! So we had plenty of time to prepare for the ridden classes.

The first class was the Large Breeds Ridden M&M, the arena was a bit hard to show well on, Poppy was second but Lynsey got her sorted and she recovered her poise to be Reserve Champion Ridden M&M.

Next class was the Novice Ridden Connemara, Lynsey and Poppy went extremely well to win the class and were crowned Champion Ridden Connemara, a great win.

All the Champions of the show assembled for the Supreme Championship. The tension was high in the in-door arena as the judges look this way and that. After a long debate Lynsey got her Reserve Supreme Ridden Pony Sash, a great achievement after a long day. Well done team

I have only started to learn how to break horses in riding and get help from Fiona and others with more experience, when needed. So far all our ponies have been successful under saddle and we hope this continues in the future.
